Pre-order terms

The short version: you see your card before we print it, and you can cancel until then.

Your card

• We pull your stats from the name you give us. Your stats have to be public for this to work. For Rocket League, Siege, Valorant and League you pick your rank, and we check it before printing.
• Your rarity (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic or Legendary) comes from your real stats or rank. We can’t change it.
• The card shows your stats on the day it’s made. The QR code on the back opens your live stats.

Finishes and numbered Black cards

• Your tier (Common to Legendary) always comes from your stats. The finish you pick (Silver, Gold or Black) is what you pay for.
• Black cards are numbered out of 100, and there are only ever 100 Black cards per game. If they’re gone when we make your card, we refund the Black card or let you pick another finish, your choice.

Holo spin

• Every card comes with one free holo spin. Right after you pay, you spin on the order confirmation page and see what your card gets.
• After your free spin you can spin again for $1 per spin, up to 7 extra spins per card. Each extra spin is a separate payment and unlocks only after it’s paid. Respins use exactly the same odds as the free spin.
• You keep any one result you’ve spun for that card, not just the newest: pick it with “Keep this one”. If you don’t pick, we print the rarest result you spun (the earliest one if two are equally rare).
• Respins and your pick are only open before we print: up to 24 hours after your order. After that the result you kept is final and goes on your card.
• Every spin lands on a holo fill; there is no empty result. Each result goes on exactly one part of your card: Blue fills on the band (the colour bar down the side), Purple, Pink and Gold fills on the decal (the drawing), and Special and Prism on the whole card (including the decal, band and name). The odds for every spin, by grade:
  • Blue 69.91%: Night, Damascus, Violet (holo on the band)
  • Purple 23.48%: Tiger, Web, Ember (holo on the decal)
  • Pink 5.2%: Fade, Marble, Patina (holo on the decal)
  • Gold 1.14%: Gem (holo on the decal)
  • Special 0.26%: Full Holo (holo on the whole card)
  • Prism 0.01%: Prism (holo on the whole card)
  Fills in the same grade are equally likely. Each card also gets a pattern number from 000 to 999, equally likely, which changes the look of the fill; some pattern numbers are rarer looks inside their fill (for example a Full Fade or a Black Pearl Gem).
• Full Holo and Prism cards get a real holographic layer at the printer. Every other fill is printed in regular ink. Prism cards are numbered per game in the order they’re pulled (Prism #1, #2 and so on); the number is given when we print the card.
• Each result is fixed by a secure random draw tied to your order, your card and the spin number. Reloading the page shows the same result; nobody (including us) picks it.
• Spin results are final. A respin isn’t refunded once you’ve spun it, and a result can’t be moved to another card or order.

Preview before printing

We email you a picture of your card before we print it. If something is wrong, reply and we’ll fix it. If we don’t hear back within 24 hours, we print it as shown.

Cancelling and refunds

• Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund of the card and shipping, on your order page (the page you land on right after paying; we also email you its link with your card preview). After that we’ve sent it to print. Cancelling cancels the whole order. Respins you paid for but haven’t spun are refunded too; respins you’ve already spun aren’t. To cancel, type the email you paid with. Refunds usually start within 1–2 business days; if the same email cancels more than one order in 30 days, we check that refund by hand first. • If we can’t find your stats or can’t make your card, you get a full refund.
• Once your card is approved and printed, it’s made just for you, so there are no refunds, except:
• If your card arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 14 days and we replace it or refund it, your choice.

Shipping

US only for now. Pre-orders ship from Nov 4. After that, we print cards in weekly batches and mail them to you, so most arrive 1–2 weeks after you order. We email you the day your card ships.

Other things

• You must be 13 or older to use this site. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian has to place the order.
• We only use your name, email and address to make and ship your order. See our privacy policy.
