Privacy policy

Short version: we collect what we need to make and mail your card, and nothing else.

What we collect

Your gamer name, platform, rank, and any Steam or tracker link you give us, so we can look up your stats.
Your name, email and shipping address, entered on the Stripe checkout page, so we can send your preview and mail your card.
Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Your holo spin results, any respins you buy, and the result you keep are saved with your order on Stripe.
Anonymous page-visit counts (Vercel Web Analytics). No cookies, no ad tracking.

Stripe, to take payment.
Our card printer (idcards.com), which only gets the card images to print. We mail the cards ourselves, so your name and address stay with us.
The stats services for your game (Fortnite, PUBG, Steam), which get the name you type so they can return your stats.
We don’t sell your information or use it for ads.

Payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. Your card number never reaches our site.
The site only runs over encrypted HTTPS, and our Stripe access is limited to creating checkouts, reading orders, saving your holo spin results to your order, and refunding an order you cancel.
Order details are kept off our public site and stored on a password-protected, encrypted computer, and only we can see them.
Our Stripe and hosting accounts use two-step login.

We keep order details as long as we need them for your order, returns and our tax records, then delete them.

StatDrop isn’t for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. Under 18s need a parent or guardian to order.
